Deadline to Return Eastern Health Survey – June 12th

In follow-up to Eastern Health’s Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s area community consultations regarding Primary Health Care services (click here to view a copy of the in-person session workbook), held March 6-8, 2019, and the online questionnaire, Eastern Health is has mailed as residents a printed survey as additional opportunity for people to provide input.

The questionnaire is open to everyone, regardless of whether you attended the consultation or not. We encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your input. The survey must be returned to the Town Office by Wednesday, June 12th, 2019.
