Brand New Mom and Baby Fitness Class!
Mom and Baby fitness class is a NEW program for new moms to have a fun and effective workout without having to get a sitter! Led by a mom certified instructor for all fitness levels. Classes Starts January 17th!
**First 10 participants to sign up will receive a 4 week family friendly and flexible meal plan guide designed by a registered dietitian!**
