Portugal Cove-St. Philips has a wide range of different housing options for different income levels and family sizes. Renting is a good option as it will allow you to get to know the area and take your time choosing a home to purchase.

How do I set up accounts for eServices?
With eServices you can pay your bills online. To sign up as a resident or business owner account will require a signup and/or activation key. To set up your account contact Joe at 709-895-5666. Your key can also be affixed to the bottom of tax and utility bills. You will also be required to enter a piece of validation information.
How do I set up accounts for Heat, light, cable, internet etc?

Which school will my child attend?
We’re proud to have two local schools Beachy Cove Elementary and Brookside Intermediate as well as one in development with our high school slated to open for Fall 2026.

What healthcare options are nearby?
The nearest hospital is the Health Sciences Centre and serves the entire province. It is a teaching hospital and is connected to Memorial University’s Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy and Nursing. It is also connected and shares services with the Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre and the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
