St. Philip’s Beach Enhancement Feasibility Study

The Town of Portugal Cove- St. Philip’s is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified, professional and experienced consultants or consultant firms to perform a feasibility study in order to review a series of potential enhancements to the St. Philip’s Beach area recommended by the St. Philip’s Beach Special Ad-Hoc Committee. The deadline for submission is 2:30 p.m. (NST), December 9^th, 2021.  Bids will be publicly opened at that time via Zoom software.
