Municipal Plan and Development Regulations Review
Residents in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s can expect to receive a notice in their mailboxes this week regarding the Town’s Municipal Plan and Development Regulations Review.
As a first step in the review process, Council is seeking preliminary ideas, views, and recommendations from individuals and community groups to ensure that the Town’s Plan and Regulations continue to address the changing needs of the community and reflect the kind of community residents wish to see in the future.
