Health and Wellness Expo Upcoming in Portugal Cove – St. Philip’s
Town seeking vendors and exhibitors working with mental, social, and physical health
The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s (PCSP) is launching a brand new community event: The PCSP Health and Wellness Expo, which is set to take place on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 from 9am – 4pm at Brookside Intermediate School. The Town is currently seeking vendors and trade show presenters to join the growing list of registered exhibitors for this exciting event.
The PCSP Health and Wellness Expo will showcase exhibitors from a range of health-focused disciplines, including mental, social and physical health. In addition to the trade show, the PCSP Health and Wellness Expo will also feature healthy food vendors, on-site vitals testing, demonstrations, and guest speakers, including keynote speaker, Dr. Andrew Furey of Team Broken Earth.
Councillor Madonna Stewart-Sharpe is the Chair of the Recreation and Community Services Committee for the Town of PCSP. “We are very excited to bring people together and start conversations on how we can all find ways to live better, healthier lives,” says Councillor Stewart-Sharpe, “we hope that by hosting the event early in the New Year, participants will be able to discover new ways take action on their New Year’s resolutions.”
