Construction Underway on Drovers Heights Project
Construction has begun on the Drovers Heights Water & Sewer Servicing project. As the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s continually works to improve services for our residents, this project will include the installation of sanitary sewer service and water service stubs to all existing properties on Drovers Heights.
