PCSP Olympic Challenge
The Olympic Games Opening Ceremony begins on Friday, February 6th, and we’re bringing the excitement home.
Throughout the Games, we’ll be tracking the medals won by Team Canada and inviting residents to follow along as our athletes compete on the world stage. Each Canadian medal is a moment worth celebrating, and this contest is all about sharing in that national pride, no matter where you’re watching from.
Golden Olympics
Let the Golden Games begin! We’re thrilled to invite PCSP residents ages 50+ to take part in our Golden Olympics, a fun, welcoming, and mobility-friendly active event celebrating the Olympic spirit!
Join us on Thursday, February 19th, 2026 beginning 2:00 pm in the PCSP Recreation Centre for mobility-friendly games designed for all comfort levels. It’s free to participate!
What to expect:
• Mobility-friendly games designed for all comfort levels
• A Parade of Athletes
• A special medal ceremony
• The chance to win the inaugural Mikey Cup, with your name engraved on the trophy
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear, and feel free to show off your favourite team merch or jersey for extra Olympic flair.
