Overview
The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s has retained Tract Consulting Inc. to undertake the work to complete a new Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to replace the current Municipal Plan and Development Regulations 2014-2024.
The Town’s Municipal Plan and Development Regulations guide the future physical growth and development of the Town to ensure that it is completed in an orderly, economical and beneficial manner while balancing the environmental, social and economic needs and desires of the community.
Community Consultations
We want to hear from you! As part of the public consultation process, the Town Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Council seeks your input in the Review of the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations.
Please note, the Community Survey has now closed. Thank you to all who provided your valuable insight!
