
Regular Public Council Meeting
The Public Council Meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 27th at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers.

Please note as per ATIPPA, 2015 legislation, Council would like to advise the public that your Zoom screen name may appear on the screen when your device’s audio is engaged, i.e. while asking Council a question.
PUBLIC AFTER SESSIONS
Residents may request permission to address Council on matters of public concern. The deadline for questions is Wednesday, May 21st.
While during the meeting, residents are encouraged to submit before a regular public Council meeting to [email protected]. The Council and CAO will make every effort to respond to questions and concerns during the After Session if they are submitted by the deadline. Written submissions will take precedence over new oral submissions at the meeting.
The Presiding Officer shall ensure that comments:
- Address issues, not persons
- Avoid confrontation or argument
- Respect others wanting to speak and keep comments short with a time limit.
- Are grouped together if multiple questions relate to the same topic, with responses directed to a designated spokesperson.
- Do not include discussion on any item deferred during the Council meeting.
Except in accordance with the above, residents or other public gallery members may not speak or otherwise disrupt a council meeting.

Notes on the Meeting
During the regular Council meeting all audience members will be muted. Once the meeting is over you will be unmuted during our regular after session question and answer period. Please note that the meeting will be recorded and accessible for public viewing afterwards through YouTube.
