Eastern Health Public Meetings
In follow-up to Eastern Health’s Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s area community consultations regarding Primary Health Care services (click here to view a copy of the in-person session workbook), held March 6-8, 2019, Eastern Health is now conducting an online questionnaire to provide an additional opportunity for people to provide input.
The questionnaire is open to everyone, regardless of whether you attended the consultation or not. We encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your input. The questionnaire will close on April 5, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.
Are you interested in health and wellness in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s? Do you know others who are? We are excited to invite you to take part in a series of public meetings about health and health-care services in your community. This session is hosted by Eastern Health in partnership with the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s.
We will share information on health in the area, and most importantly, ask for your opinion regarding the future of primary health care.
