Tumbler-style compost bin sales are back in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s!

• Sales are open via eServices
• Available for PCSP residents only
• Limit two per person
• Cost: $46 per composter

Limited quantities are available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. If you plan to purchase a composter, we encourage you to ensure your eServices account is up-to-date in advance. If you are a resident and you have not yet used eServices to pay for a program in PCSP, you will be prompted to enter a “sign up key” the first time you use eServices. You can find your “sign up key” at the bottom of your 2023 municipal property tax invoice that has been recently issued to all residents.

For those who purchase, composter tumblers will be available for pick up at the Town Hall main entrance starting:

• Wednesday April 26^th – Friday April 28^th, 9:00am to 4:00pm
• Monday May 1^st to Friday May 5^th, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
