Town Office Holiday Hours and Waste Collection Changes
On behalf of the Town staff and council, we would like to wish you all a safe and Happy Holiday season! The Town office will be closed on the following days:
- Monday, December 26th, 2022
- Tuesday, December 27th, 2022
- Wednesday, December 28th, 2022
- Monday, January 2nd, 2023
- Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023
The Town office will be open for regular hours on the following days and for COVID-19 Rapid test kit pick-up:
- Thursday, December 29th, 2022
- Friday, December 30th, 2022
Regular office hours will resume on Wednesday, January 4th, 2023.
Waste CollectionÂ
For residents whose waste collection occurs on Tuesdays, it will be collected on Saturday, December 24th, 2022. Residents are asked to have garbage and recycling out before 7 am due to shortened collection hours set by the City of St. John’s landfill.
Waste collection returns to regular schedule as of Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023.
