Town Hall Flags at Half Mast

In honour of former Councilor Harry French Sr., the Town Hall flags have been lowered to half mast. Mr. French served on the Town of Portugal Cove Council from 1981 to 1985.

Mr. French passed away peacefully on September 19, 2016. His service will be held at St. Lawrence Anglican Church on Friday September 23 at 2 p.m.
