Town Hall and Waste Collection Update, Monday February 23

The PCSP Town Hall and Facilities will be closed the morning of Monday, February 23rd due to weather conditions. An update will be provided at 11:00 am.

The pre-planned babysitting course has been postponed, with registered participants being contacted by course coordinators.

As a reminder there have been changes to waste collection, please have all items for collection outside by 8:30 am on the noted collection days:

  • All garbage and recycling scheduled for Monday, February 23rd, including routes previously rescheduled to that date, will now be collected on Thursday, February 26th.
  • No other waste collection dates are impacted at this time.

We kindly remind residents that the winter parking ban remains in effect and to please be patient as our crews are working to clear roadways and maintain service levels. In the event of deteriorating conditions, residents are reminded to keep a safe distance from snow plows, and do not play in snowbanks near roadways or driveways

Town staff are continue to monitor the weather conditions, with Public Works crews scheduled and prepared to respond. Residents are encouraged to monitor the Community News section on the homepage of pcsp.ca, as well as the Town’s social media channels, for the latest updates.
