Tax Deadline for Residents is March 31st!

The Tax Deadline for PCSP Residents is Tuesday, March 31st!

The following payment methods are accepted:

1. In Person
At the Town office using cash, Visa, Mastercard, cheque or money order, during normal business hours.

2. Online Banking – Bill Payments
Add the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s as a payee on your banking website or app. Your account number can be found on your tax invoice. Tip: When searching for the Town as a payee, use the search term “Portugal Cove”.

3. Cheque, Money Order or Bank Draft
Be sure to include your account number with your payment. Residents can mail directly to:

4. Credit Card
Payments can be made by calling 709-895-8000 or via your eServices account which is available on the Town’s website through https://pcsp.ws.townsuite.com/login. Your sign-up key is on your 2026 tax invoice.

5. Tax Installment Payment Plans (TIPP)
Tax Installment Payment plans are available using Visa or Mastercard for 8 monthly payments, or by Pre-Authorized Debit for 12 monthly payments on the 30th of each month, or the next business day. Tax Installment Payment Plans are interest free if they pay the outstanding balance in full by the end of the current tax year. A payment returned for any reason will cancel the interest free option.

NOTE: Plans are continuous from one year to the next.
