Required Planned Power Outage for PCSP Town Hall and Facilities
Portugal Cove–St. Philip’s Town Hall will undergo a required planned power outage on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025. As a result, Town Hall will be closed for the day.
As a result, the PCSP Library will be closed; however, all scheduled programs and activities at the PCSP Recreation Centre will continue as planned.
Phone lines will remain available, and staff will have access to email throughout the day. Residents should expect delayed response times during the outage.
