Reminder of Waste Collection Changes: Saturday, November 8th and Tuesday, November 11th
The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s would like to remind residents of two changes to the waste collection schedule:
Saturday, November 8th
Garbage collection originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 5th was postponed due to the high winds. The new pick-up date is Saturday, November 8th – this was previously communicated on our social media, website, PCSP Connects, and digital signs.

Tuesday, November 11th – Remembrance Day
Waste collection (garbage and recycling) originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 11th has been re-scheduled for collection on Monday, November 10th, as indicated on the 2025 waste collection calendar.

Residents with items for collection are asked to have all items on the curbside prior to 8:30 am.
We encourage all residents to sign up for PCSP Connects, our official mass alert system that keeps residents updated on:

- Council Updates & More!
