Potential Water Disruptions Today, November 4th
Please be advised residents may experience an interruption to water service today, Wednesday, November 4th, 2020, due to ongoing construction. This potential disruption was unplanned.
Residential homes that are on town water on the following roads of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s and all connected side streets may be impacted:
- Tolt Road
- Old Broad Cove Road
- Portugal Cove Road
- Beachy Cove Road
Residents on town water in these areas may have interruptions in their water service for approximately the next three hours. This interruption is expected to be resolved by 5:00pm today. Residents on well water will not be impacted.
Residents in affected areas may notice some air in your water lines and discolouration when water service resumes. Please let your cold water tap run until the water is clear.
