PCSP Christmas Parade Traffic Notice

Residents are advised of an increase in traffic volume and congestion from 12 noon onward in preparation for the Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Annual Christmas Parade scheduled for Sunday December 4^th at 2:00pm. The parade route starts at Holy Rosary Parish Hall and will end at the Royal Canadian Legion on Legion Road. The parade line up will start in the Holy Rosary Parish parking lot and will wind around Bayview Heights and down West Point Road. So please be advised that this area will be open to local traffic only and note that the vehicles will not impede driveway access.
