Notice of Potential Water Disruption

Please be advised that water infrastructure emergency repairs will take place on Thursday, August 14th.

During this time, there is potential for a water outage affecting areas along:
Thorburn Road, starting at Tolt Road and ending at Dogberry Hill Road

Only properties connected to the town water system are expected to be affected.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This was an unexpected repair.

Preparation Tips:

• Residents in the affected area are advised to prepare for possible water disruptions by:
  • Having bottled water on hand for drinking.
  • Filling bathtubs with water to use for flushing toilets and other household needs.
• When water service resumes, you may notice some air in the lines or discolouration. This is normal. Please run your cold water tap until the water runs clear.
