DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT
No. 19, 2021

The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 19, 2021.
Development Regulations Amendment No. 19, 2021 proposes to rezone a portion of Civic # 27 Western Heights from Residential Development Scheme Area # 3, to Residential Medium Density. The purpose of the Amendment is to allow for potential future subdivision development.

Council encourages residents to view the Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 19, 2021, which shall be on display from June 19 to July 8, 2021, on the Town’s Building and Development Services page. The public can provide any comments or concerns on the proposed amendment to the Town Office in writing before Council considers proceeding with adoption.

The deadline for written comments shall be 3:00 pm., July 8, 2021. For more information, please contact the Town Office.
