Community Food Drive August 19th to September 4th
The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s will be hosting a community food drive from August 19th to September 4th, 2020.
All donations will be collected through contactless pick up directly from your home and provided to the Food Bank servicing PCSP families in need. Email [email protected] to schedule your pick up today! Pick-ups throughout the community will be done by members of council.
All items will be accepted and greatly appreciated, however the food bank has provided us with the following list of recommended donations:
- Frozen/canned/fresh vegetables
- Canned and fresh fruit
- Canned meals (stews/chilli/beans/pastas)
- Canned meats
- Instant coffee
- Tea
- Canned milk
- Peanut butter
- Margarine
- Jams and spreads
- Rice
- French fries
- Chicken nuggets
- Hot dogs
- Hamburgers
- Breakfast meats
