Town Office Holiday Hours and Waste Collection Changes
On behalf of the Town staff and council, we would like to wish you all a safe and Happy Holiday season! The Town office will be closed on the following days:
- Monday, December 25th, 2023
- Tuesday, December 26th, 2023
- Wednesday, December 27th, 2023
- Monday, January 1st, 2024
- Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024
Regular office hours will resume on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024.
Waste Collection
For residents whose waste collection occurs on Tuesdays, it will be collected on Saturday, December 23rd, 2023. Residents are asked to have garbage and recycling out before 7 am due to shortened collection hours set by the City of St. John’s landfill from December 23rd, 2023 to December 29th, 2023. There will be no waste collection on:
- Monday, December 25th, 2023
- Tuesday, December 26th, 2023
- Monday, January 1st, 2024
Waste collection returns to regular schedule as of Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024.
