Dogberry Hill Road Paving and Upgrades Update

Work on Dogberry Hill Road continues, with the transition from a three-way to a four-way stop set to progress once the weather clears. The contractor is expected to return on December 3rd, with weather permitting. Updates will be provided via our social media and website once work is confirmed to begin.

Please note

  • The final topcoat asphalt and driveway tie-ins can only be applied in dry conditions.
  • Speed bumps will be incorporated into the topcoat application.
  • Stormwater upgrades, including cutting headwalls, are scheduled for next week.

We understand the delays caused by weather conditions have been frustrating, as persistent rain over the past four weeks has significantly impacted the project timeline. While base coat asphalt can be laid in wet conditions, the topcoat requires dry weather for proper application.

We are working closely with the contractor to emphasize the importance of completing this project, which remains on track to be finished in 2024.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these weather challenges to ensure a safe and high-quality result. To stay up-to-date with this project, we encourage residents to sign up for PCSP Connects  to receive alerts such as service interruptions, changes to waste collection schedules, emergency information, and more.
