Trunk or Treat
With support from local businesses and organizations, we’re bringing you an evening full of spooky fun and sweet treats.
What to expect at the event:
- Registration opens Friday, October 2nd at 9:00 am via eServices for PCSP residents.
- Trunk or Treat will take place in the evening, with two time slots available. Please choose one time slot:
- Session 1: 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm
- Session 2: 7:30 pm – 8:15 pm
- Entry to the event will require a bracelet for each child participant, parents/guardians do not need a bracelet.
- Bracelets must be picked up in advance of the event at Town Hall following registration, and confirmation from the Town.
- Maximum of 6 bracelets per household.
- Be sure to have your accounts set up in eServices before registration opens to make things quick and easy!
- PCSP residents register first. If spaces remain, a date for non-resident registration will be announced.
- If you’re no longer able to attend the event or can no longer attend your registered time slot, please contact Kirk by emailing [email protected]
- Please also bring along a non-perishable food item to donate at the gate, and don’t forget to wear your costumes!

Upcoming Event
Registration through eServices
Many of our programs require online registration and payment through eServices.
If you are a resident and you have not yet used eServices to pay for a program in PCSP, you will be prompted to enter a “sign up key” the first time you use eServices. Please contact Joe Donkers, Accounting Technician, at 709-895-5666 or [email protected] to receive your sign up key.
If you are living in a rental property in PCSP and you are not the registered owner of the home, you will need to sign up as a guest account and you will not require a sign up key.
Call for Vendors
The Town is inviting local businesses, organizations and community groups to participate in our upcoming Trunk or Treat event for families in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s!
We’re looking for local groups to become one of our decorated “trunks” and help make this a fun and memorable Halloween experience for the community.
How to Participate
Participating businesses and organizations will:
- Have the opportunity to showcase your organization and connect with members of the community.
- Bring a vehicle to the event and decorate it with a fun Halloween theme.
- Prepare treats to hand out to children and families attending the event.
Interested in participating? Contact Kirk prior to October 16, 2026 to register your trunk and receive additional event information.
