Splash Pad
The PCSP Splash Pad is now closed for the Season! Thank you to everyone who made it a fantastic inaugural season!
The PCSP Splash Pad is located in Rainbow Gully Park, next to Brookside Intermediate. The splash pad will be operational during the summer months, Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Parking is available in Rainbow Gully Park, with accessible parking stalls.

Report vandalism, problems or concerns to 709-895-8000. In the event of an emergency, dial 911.
- Area is unsupervised – all participants use at OWN RISK.
- All children aged 10 and under MUST be supervised by an adult.
- No running, rough-play, or climbing on structures permitted.
- Swim diapers only, no regular diapers on the splash pad.
- No food or drink permitted on splash pad, no glass permitted on grounds.
- No animals permitted, with the exception of service animals on the splash pad
- No bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, motorized bikes permitted.
- No smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol permitted or in immediate area.
- Where there is inclement weather, the splash pad may close. In the event of thunder and/or lightning all persons must leave splash pad immediately.
- Splash pad cannot be reserved for private use.
- 1Persons violating any rules risk losing access and privileges to splash pad.
- Please do not drink splash pad water. While it is recycled and treated, it is not for consumption.

Rainbow Gully
The Rainbow Gully basketball court is a three on three basketball court.
The Rainbow Gully turf multipurpose field is fully equipped with lights. Full-sized soccer nets, half-sized soccer nets, player seating, and built-in bleachers.
Field can be used for soccer, rugby, football, Frisbee, etc. The field is closed for bookings during the winter season.
The Rainbow Gully play structure includes a slide, monkey bars, and swings. Also available, accessible swing set with an accessible play surface.
The Rainbow Gully skateboarding park is a fun skateboarding park that is a lot of fun for all skill levels with a variety of ramps.
The Rainbow Gully softball field is 300 foot with enclosed dugouts and in-ground bases. The softball field is closed for bookings during the winter season.
Voisey’s Brook
The Voisey’s Brook Dog Park has been created for both breeds of dogs. Owners are asked to please pick up after your pet while visiting the dog park.

The Voisey’s Brook soccer field is a national size grass soccer field with enclosed player seating, full size and half size nets. The field is closed for bookings during the winter season.
Half Pitch Field – Located on back of soccer field – half size of soccer field, half size nets.
The Voisey’s Brook softball diamond includes small infield and backstop with benches. The softball fields are closed to rentals during the winter season.
The Voisey’s Brook multipurpose building includes a kitchen with sink, oven, stove fridge, freezer and male and female washroom.
Storage units for field participants with change rooms. Seating space for 30 people. Outdoor sitting area including picnic tables.
The Voisey’s Brook play structure includes a slide, monkey bars, and swings. Also available, accessible swing set and with accessible play surface.
The Voisey’s Brook skateboard park is a fun and safe skateboard park with ramps for challenge of all skill levels.
The Voisey’s Brook softball field is a national size Slo-Pitch field (300 feet), with lights, enclosed dugouts, in-ground bases. The softball field is closed for bookings during the winter season.

Community Garden
The Community Garden is a shared garden space for residents of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s and it is located in behind PCSP Town Hall, on 1119 Thorburn Road.
The community garden is made up of 20 garden beds, available to rent each year for the growing season for a small fee.
