No. 1910 Portugal Cove Road – Restaurant Application
The Town of Portugal Cove – St. Philip’s is in receipt of an application to establish full-service restaurant at No. 1910 Portugal Cove Road. The proposed business will operate within a portion of the existing building with hours of operation being Sunday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Parking will be provided in the existing parking lot of the building. The property is zoned Traditional Community (TC) which permits Restaurant as Discretionary Use. The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Development Regulations No. 33 and 102 require the advertisement of a proposed Discretionary Use.
