Public Consultation – Development Regulations Amendment No. 44, 2026
| The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 44, 2026. Development Regulations Amendment No. 44, 2026 proposes to include conditions within the Residential Medium Density, Residential Low Density, Traditional Community, and Mixed Use land use zones to allow development of a single dwelling at a maximum front yard greater than 32 metres at Council’s discretion. Council encourages residents to view the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 44, 2026, which shall be on display from June 30, 2026, to July 15, 2026, on the Town’s website at www.pcsp.ca. The public can provide any comments or concerns on the proposed amendment to the Town Office in writing before Council considers proceeding with adoption.
