Notice of Registration

Please take notice that Municipal Plan Amendment 19, 2023 and Development Regulations Amendment 31, 2023, which redesignated land at number 70-79A Meadow Heights from Agriculture to Residential, and rezoned the same area of land from Agriculture to Residential Medium Density, have been registered by the Department of Municipal and Community Affairs.

Also take notice that the companion St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment No. 10, 2023, which redesignated the same area of land from Rural to Urban Development, has also been registered.

The amendments are in legal effect upon publishing of a registration notice in today’s Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
