Nos. 183, 197 & 201 Tuckers Hill Road – Amendment Application

The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s has received an application to amend the Town’s Municipal Plan and Development Regulations 2014-2024 to redesignate and rezone property at Nos. 183, 197 and 201 Tuckers Hill Road from Rural (RUR) and Residential Development Scheme Area (RDSA) to Residential Medium Density (RMD) for potential unserviced residential development. Below is a map identifying the location of the area proposed to be rezoned and a development scheme for the potential future development.

Council is inviting input from the public prior to considering the amendment application. Written comments are encouraged to be submitted to [email protected], or through letter mail, fax, or at the Town Office. Submissions to the Town must be made in writing and received by June 25, 2026.
