No. 30 Country Garden Road – Residential Business Application

The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s is in receipt of an application to establish a Medical & Professional (private therapy services) as a home occupation from an existing dwelling at No. 30 Country Garden Road. The hours of operation for the proposed business are Monday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, by appointment only.  Parking will be provided in the driveway of the dwelling.  The current zoning for the property is Residential Medium Density which permits Medical & Professional as a Discretionary Use.

Prior to considering the application, Council is inviting public input regarding the proposal.  Residents are encouraged to submit written comments to [email protected].

Please be advised that this application is open to appeal once a decision has been made by Council as per Section 42 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000.
