2027 Budget Consultation
The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s is beginning the process of developing its 2027 budget and is inviting residents, businesses, stakeholders and community groups to share their feedback by joining us for our budget consultation meetings.
The second meeting takes place on Tuesday, October 6th beginning 7:00 pm at the PCSP Recreation Centre. The recreation centre is located on 3 Rainbow Gully Road (next to Town Hall).

In addition, the 2027 Budget Survey will be open beginning Monday, September 21st to Sunday, October 18th. The survey provides an opportunity to identify priorities, share ideas and provide input that can help inform Council’s decisions as the 2027 budget is developed.
Residents can complete the survey online, or printed copies are available at Town Hall with alternate formats available upon request.
