Park Washrooms Open for Season

Great news! Washrooms at Voisey’s Brook Park and Rainbow Gully Park are officially open for the season.

To keep these facilities open and available for everyone, we need your help. We’ve unfortunately seen a rise in graffiti and vandalism lately, including on playground equipment.

Not only does it become frustrating, it takes away the experience for the families and visitors who love our parks. We ask for those visiting any of our facilities, to practice respect, safety and help us protect our valued community spaces.

A few quick reminders as we head into a busy spring:

  • Please keep your dogs on a leash at all times. Remember, many of our neighbours have allergies or are uncomfortable around dogs. Keeping them leashed ensures that everyone, including children and seniors, feel safe and welcome on our trails.
  • Dog Parks Only: Off-leash play is only allowed inside the designated dog parks at Voisey’s Brook. Please do not use Town sports fields as off-leash areas.
  • Please pick up after your pets and use the waste bins provided that are throughout our facilities.
  • The Tyler Spurrell Soccer Field (the large field at Voisey’s Brook) is currently closed for maintenance. Please stay outside the fenced area until maintenance is completed!

Thanks for doing your part to keep our parks and trails safe, and ready to use for the whole community!
