The Town of Portugal Cove–St. Philip’s is in receipt of a proposal to construct a subsidiary apartment in an existing single dwelling at No. 72 Peggy Deane Drive. The current zoning is Residential Medium Density. Schedule C: Residential Medium Density of the Development Regulations permits subsidiary apartments as a Discretionary Use. The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Development Regulations No. 33 and 102 requires the advertisement of a proposed Discretionary Use. Any person(s), who feel that this application may adversely affect them, should contact the Town Office in writing on or before December 29, 2025.
