The mission of the Portugal Cove – St. Phillips Library is to inspire lifelong learning, advance knowledge, and to strengthen our community.
We help all residents address their desire for self-directed personal growth and development opportunities throughout their lives by providing materials, programs, and services to meet the citizen’s needs.
